Position: UGC Lead Generation Specialist Company: Jainsons Lights Co. Location: Remote / Hybrid (India) Type: Full-Time / Freelance Experience: 1–3 Years About the Role

We are a lighting solutions company working primarily on projects for end clients, architects, interior designers, and builders.

We are looking for a UGC Lead Generation Specialist who can convert short-form videos into qualified leads, not just views or followers.

Your goal is lead generation through reels, ads & organic content.

Our internal team will support you with:

✔ Campaign strategy

✔ Language & pitch

✔ Reel hooks & scripts

✔ Scene & shot suggestions

You will focus on execution, optimization, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute UGC-style reels & short videos for lead generation - Coordinate with creators / shoot simple UGC content (phone-based is fine) - Convert videos into high-intent leads (DMs, WhatsApp, forms, calls) - Optimize creatives for Instagram, Facebook & YouTube Shorts - Edit videos using Premiere / Canva - Repurpose content for ads & organic posting - Track lead quality & performance metrics (CPL, CTR, inquiries) - Follow trends while maintaining a premium project-based brand tone

Who Should Apply

- Experience in UGC content or short-form lead ads - Strong understanding of service-based / project sales - Knows how to create trust-building content (before–after, walkthroughs, site visuals) - Comfortable working with architects, interiors & luxury categories - Ability to execute from a clear brief & creative direction

Bonus (Good to Have)

- Experience in Interior, Lighting, Architecture, Real Estate or Luxury Brands - Knowledge of Meta Lead Ads / WhatsApp CTAs - Understanding of high-ticket decision-making journeys
