We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Electrical) to join our growing team in India. The successful candidate will be the Electrical Subject Matter Expert for projects with reporting line to Project Director.

Job Responsibilities:

Projects

- Review all Electrical designs coordinate with consultants and vendors for detailed engineering & GFCs while providing feedback too as per site requirement. - Interact with respective SMEs engineers on key technology related decision making - Lead the execution of the complete Electrical System (including MV/ LV side, UPS, PDUs, Xmers, DG etc.) to commissioning - Coordinate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to facilitate flawless execution of the project and continue to effectively manage relationships with all stakeholders - Carry out day to day coordination with site contractors to resolve site related services issues for proper installation - Validate/ witness the testing and commissioning of all electrical equipment with regards to design/ SLD to ensure smooth SAT and IST - Participate in equipment FAT, as required - Drive all the critical snags timely and ensure resolution before SAT & IST - Ensure electrical power supply provisioning to all floors is undertaken - Validate all the measurements to support invoicing team with regards to installation of low side work, equipment etc - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and drive the IST prior to project handover phase - Constantly study current best practices across the industry and implement the same by adapting/customizing as required

Operations:

- Ensure a seamless transition post project closure by undertaking all necessary handover activities with relevant stakeholders including fulfilling necessary documentation requirements - Handing over the project documents to Operation team post IST/ during HOTO - Prepare guidelines for safety checks / risks assessment for electrical equipment and accordingly create checklists - Drive compliance to safety norms by contractors during the construction phase

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering - At least 5 years of relevant experience in data centre projects - Prior experience in data centre infrastructure executing mission critical facilities - Prior experience in managing data centre projects and handover to stakeholder within schedule - Must have experience/ engaged for carrying out IST with hyperscale customers in data centre projects

Other Added Advantage

- Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP), Certified Data Centre Management Professional (CDCMP), or similar, are highly desirable.
