Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Tele caller role based in Noida. The Tele caller will engage with clients, answer queries, and provide information about the company's products and services. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the database. The Tele caller will build strong relationships with clients and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship management
Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively
Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and CRM software usage
Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or related roles is advantageous
Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
