About the Role
We are looking for a brand visionary. Someone who thinks in cinematic beats, crafts strategy and knows how to turn culture into brand capital.
Your mandate is simple: move the brand needle. You will translate big cultural truths into smart, impactful campaigns that turn heads, spark conversation, and scale views into value. You’ll work closely with our creative, media, product and growth teams to build Pocket into a loved, talked-about, and watched brand.
What You will Do
Develop and refine Pocket FM’s brand positioning frameworks to build emotional resonance with our audiences.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to conceptualize and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Partner with product and content teams to ensure unified branding experience happens in a user’s journey
Monitor brand health metrics, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive data-backed improvements.
Track trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities that differentiate Pocket FM in a competitive landscape.
Ensure timely execution of brand initiatives while adhering to budgets and aligning with strategic goals.
What You Bring
4-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in a media or entertainment space. Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful brand strategies that have driven measurable results.
Exceptional creative vision and a keen eye for design and messaging.
Strong financial literacy with proven experience in budget management and ROI analysis.
Deep understanding of the media landscape and evolving consumption habits.
