Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the Leadership team. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Draft emails, presentations, reports, and official correspondence. Act as a point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record MOM (Minutes of Meeting). Handle travel arrangements (domestic & international) and expense coordination. Coordinate with different departments for follow-ups and project tracking. Maintain confidential files, documents, and reports. Screen calls and manage communication professionally. Assist in event planning and leadership engagements when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
