Job Description – Client Servicing Manager

Location: Sector 6, Noida Experience: 1–4 Years

Basic KRA’s

Understand and interpret detailed client briefs, business objectives, and campaign requirements. Translate client expectations into structured execution plans for internal teams. Develop strategic digital solutions aligned with client goals and brand positioning. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication. Lead end-to-end project planning — scope definition, timelines, deliverables, and execution roadmap. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues efficiently. Support business development initiatives through client outreach and follow-ups. Participate in solution pitching and assist in commercial discussions and negotiations. Ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the project lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management / Digital Marketing / Integrated Campaigns. Strong understanding of digital campaigns, brand communication, and execution workflows. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. Critical thinking and structured problem-solving approach. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Client-first mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.
