Job Profile: Cameraperson cum Video Editor Location: IILM University, Greater Noida

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Cameraperson cum Video Editor to manage end-to-end video production including photography, videography, and video editing for academic, marketing, social media promotions and event-related content.

Key Responsibilities Handle camera operations, photography, and videography for campus events, academic activities, and promotional shoots. Edit long-form and short-form videos for social media, admissions campaigns, and institutional content. Handle multi-camera video shoots and editing for podcasts and interview-based content. Support YouTube uploads, formatting, and optimisation for digital platforms. Work closely with the faculty, staff, and cross-campus team to deliver quick-turnaround video content in a fast-paced environment. Travel across IILM campuses for shoots, event coverage, and institutional projects. Take ownership of 360° video production requirements, from ideation, scripting and shoot planning to final delivery.

Skills & Requirements Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in videography and video editing. Strong command over camera handling, photography, and videography techniques. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Experience with social media video formats, trends and YouTube publishing workflows. Proactive and self-driven professional with the ability to take ownership of projects. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and quick turnaround requirements. Strong communication skills with good command of English. Prior media-industry experience preferred. Knowledge of AI video tools will be an added advantage.
