Key Responsibilities

- Lead hardcore international sales efforts to acquire and expand clients in the outsourcing space. - Develop and execute strategies to scale business through offshoring and outsourcing partnerships. - Build strong relationships with global prospects, from lead generation to deal closure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored outsourcing solutions. - Achieve ambitious revenue targets while mentoring junior sales staff.

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years of proven experience in international sales within the outsourcing/offshoring industry. - Expert knowledge of scaling businesses in this space, with a track record of driving multimillion-dollar deals. - Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) for engaging C-suite executives worldwide. - Willingness to work full-time from our Ahmedabad office—no remote option. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
