Kingfisher Telecom is hiring a hands-on Civil Site Engineer to oversee the upgrade and fit-out of an existing commercial building in Gurgaon. This role is focused on practical site execution, coordination, and delivery. We are looking for someone with strong on-site experience who can manage contractors and ensure the project is completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site activities including painting, flooring, ceilings, basic electrical work, and finishing tasks Coordinate and manage contractor teams and labour Ensure proper sequencing of work to avoid delays Monitor daily progress and maintain quality standards Ensure timely availability of materials and resources Provide daily updates on site progress Maintain site discipline and safety standards Support timely project completion

Requirements:

2–8 years of hands-on site execution experience Experience working on commercial or industrial building projects Strong coordination and problem-solving ability Comfortable managing multiple trades on site Reliable, disciplined, and execution-focused Based in or willing to work full-time in Gurgaon
