Role overview: We are looking for retail domain experts (5+ years experience) to create real-world, profession-based prompts and tasks. The role involves creating high quality prompts and documents to evaluate model responses on day-to-day work in retail operations, sales, and customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities: Create realistic, first-person prompts based on actual job workflows Design tasks that reflect real-world retail and sales scenarios Select and use relevant public data/documents as input files Ensure prompts are clear, specific, and aligned to the occupation Review tasks for accuracy, completeness, and real-world relevance

Requirements: Degree in Business, Pharmacy, Management, or related field Strong understanding of real-world workflows in your profession Ability to convert work scenarios into structured, high-quality prompts
