Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced

Marketing Lead

based in Mumbai with a strong background in the

hospitality industry

(hotels, restaurants, or catering). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through

both digital and offline marketing strategies .

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive

marketing strategies

across digital and offline channels Lead

brand positioning, promotions, and campaigns

for hospitality businesses Manage

digital marketing initiatives

including social media, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and online partnerships Plan and execute

offline marketing activities

such as events, partnerships, print, outdoor, and local promotions Analyze marketing performance, ROI, and customer insights to optimize campaigns Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals Manage agencies, vendors, and internal marketing resources Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in hospitality

Key Requirements: 10–20 years of marketing experience,

mandatory exposure to hotels, restaurants, or catering businesses Strong expertise in

both digital and traditional marketing Proven experience in

brand building and customer engagement Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Must be

based in Mumbai
