About the Role

We are building a new category at the intersection of wellness, hospitality, real estate, and AI-powered community ecosystems.

This role is responsible for designing and executing high-impact community engagement strategies across:

Gated communities Corporate clusters Student networks (Tier 1, 2, 3 engineering & management colleges) Wellness-focused resident associations High-income urban neighborhoods

The objective is simple but ambitious:

Drive inbound demand, qualified footfall, and subscription adoption through structured community activation.

This is not an events job. This is a growth + psychology + on-ground execution role.

Core Mission

Convert communities into high-engagement ecosystems. Launch wellness challenges, habit-forming programs, and experience-based engagement formats. Build recurring touchpoints that naturally funnel residents into: Wellness subscriptions Retreat experiences Real estate site visits Premium community programs

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Activation Strategy

Identify high-value gated communities and residential clusters. Build structured engagement calendars (90-day cycles). Design hyperlocal programs: wellness weeks, fitness challenges, biohacking sessions, mental health workshops, longevity awareness programs. Partner with RWAs, clubhouse committees, and lifestyle heads.

2. Student & Youth Network Expansion

Collaborate with student networks and campus ambassadors. Launch student-led sales and community ambassador programs. Design gamified referral models. Create inter-college wellness competitions and innovation challenges.

3. Subscription & Inbound Lead Engine

Build structured inbound funnels from offline community events. Track and optimize: Footfall Lead qualification Subscription conversions Event-to-site-visit ratio Use CRM and AI-based tracking systems.

4. Experiential Programming

Organize Wellness camps Biohacking workshops Longevity awareness talks Preventive health screenings Fitness and mindfulness challenges Convert participation into long-term engagement journeys.

5. Data-Driven Execution

Maintain KPI dashboards. Track engagement metrics. Optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) via community-driven growth. Create scalable playbooks for replication across cities.

Required Skills & Background

We are looking for candidates with 4–8 years experience in one or more of the following:

Community Growth / Community Management Consumer Marketing / Field Marketing HealthTech / Wellness / Fitness ecosystems D2C subscription businesses Startup growth roles Real estate marketing activation Campus ambassador program management

Strong preference for candidates who have worked in:

HealthTech startups Fitness chains Membership platforms Co-living brands Premium lifestyle brands EdTech or student engagement platforms
