plan, execute, and deliver international web development projects

(WordPress & Shopify)

on time, within scope, in budget, and with high client satisfaction , while leading a team of developers, designers, and QA professionals to maintain consistent quality and process discipline.

90% of projects delivered

3. Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure Work directly with

international clients

to gather requirements, clarify scope, and manage expectations Create project plans, milestones, sprint plans & resource schedules Track daily progress, remove blockers, and drive delivery discipline Coordinate between Development, Design, QA & Support teams Identify risks early and deploy corrective actions Prepare professional status reports & present to stakeholders Maintain delivery quality standards & compliance Support leadership in improving project delivery processes

4. Required Experience & Skills

Minimum

5+ years

experience as IT Project Coordinator/ Manager Strong experience handling

International Clients Demonstrated success delivering

WordPress / Shopify website projects Excellent

English communication

(written & spoken) Strong leadership & coordination ability Experience working in

Agile / Sprint environments Hands-on experience with tools like

JIRA / Trello / ClickUp / Asana Ability to manage

multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical thinking & attention to detail

5. Preferred Experience

Experience working with global teams across different time zones Experience in service-based IT agency environment
