Role Overview We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce QA Engineer

with strong

manual testing expertise

and exposure to

test automation using Selenium . The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality Salesforce implementations by validating standard and custom Salesforce functionality, integrations, and business workflows in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities Perform

end-to-end manual testing

of Salesforce applications (functional, regression, smoke, and UAT). Analyze business and technical requirements to create

test scenarios, test cases, and test data . Ensure complete

test coverage

across Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations. Execute test cases, log defects, perform defect triage, retesting, and closure. Validate

Salesforce configurations , custom objects, workflows, Flows, reports, and dashboards. Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects. Participate in

Agile ceremonies

(stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). Support

UAT cycles

and provide testing sign-off. Perform data validation and integration testing within Salesforce. Assist with regression testing during Salesforce releases. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years

of hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications. Strong expertise in

manual testing : Test case design & execution Test coverage analysis Defect identification, logging, and triage Solid understanding of

Salesforce architecture , standard and custom features. Experience testing

Salesforce integrations

and data validations. Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum

methodologies. Good-to-Have / Preferred Skills Automation testing experience using

Java with Selenium

or

Playwright . Exposure to

test automation frameworks

and

CI/CD pipelines . Knowledge of Salesforce release cycles and

regression impact analysis . Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment. High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
