Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Air Ticketing professional located in Chennai. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing ticket sales, processing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients with travel-related inquiries. The role also involves coordinating with airlines and travel partners, ensuring accurate booking details, and handling sales operations effectively.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Ticket Sales and Reservations management - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Experience in Sales and ability to achieve targets - Attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings - Understanding of airline and travel industry practices is an advantage - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Knowledge of travel booking software and systems is beneficial
