Technical Recruiter

for a

contractual RPO engagement

supporting enterprise technology hiring. The role focuses on recruiting specialized technical talent across cloud-based platforms, CRM ecosystems, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions. The recruiter will work closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, manage complex technical requirements, and ensure adherence to defined SLAs, processes, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities Manage the

end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

for niche and high-impact technical roles. Source, screen, evaluate, and close candidates for platform engineering and customer-facing technical positions Partner with hiring managers, architects, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine hiring requirements Translate technical and business needs into actionable and scalable hiring strategies Provide market intelligence related to talent availability, hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and risk areas Maintain accurate data in

ATS systems

, ensuring reporting, pipeline visibility, and compliance with RPO standards Deliver a consultative and professional candidate experience aligned with enterprise hiring expectations Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting agreed SLAs and quality benchmarks

Required Experience & Skills 4+ years of experience

in Technical Recruitment preferably in

RPO Demonstrated experience hiring for

cloud platforms, CRM technologies, or enterprise software roles Strong understanding of modern enterprise technology ecosystems Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills Strong consultative mindset with the ability to influence hiring decisions Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments Strong negotiation, offer management, and closure capabilities
