We’re Hiring: PTC Windchill PLM Consultant (Remote – CET)

Role: Senior PTC Windchill PLM Consultant

Location: Remote EU/ India (CET time zone)

Contract Type: Freelance / Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Initial 6–8 weeks (Audit & Assessment) with likely extension into delivery phase

We’re seeking an experienced PTC Windchill PLM Consultant with strong expertise in the White Goods / Home Appliances industry (or similar discrete manufacturing sectors). You’ll lead an audit and assessment engagement to evaluate the client’s current PLM landscape and define the right Windchill‑based solution and roadmap. Following approval, the role will extend into project delivery.

Scope of Work

Phase 1 – Audit & Assessment

- Duration: 6–8 weeks - Capacity: Part‑time (2 days per week) - Delivery: Remote

Activities:

- Review existing PLM processes, data structures, and system usage. - Assess Windchill coverage across process modules, raw material management, and component finishing. - Evaluate master data models (product families, parameters, components). - Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. - Define the target PLM solution and implementation roadmap.

Key Requirements

- Proven hands‑on experience with PTC Windchill PLM. - Strong domain expertise in White Goods / Home Appliances or comparable discrete manufacturing industries. - Solid understanding of PLM processes, product structures, variants, and master data governance. - Experience delivering PLM audits, assessments, or solution definition phases. - Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to work within project teams. - Fluent in English.
