Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Program Facilitator. The Program Facilitator will be responsible for leading virtual learning sessions, coordinating workshops, ensuring active engagement from participants, and providing guidance to learners. Additional responsibilities include moderating discussions, lesson planning, and gathering feedback for continuous program improvement.
Qualifications
Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
Experience in coaching, mentoring, or guiding professionals in areas such as entrepreneurship or business development
Ability to create and adapt educational content to meet varying learner needs
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar)
Passion for education, innovation, and supporting professional growth
Previous experience in entrepreneurship or business ownership is a strong plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, business, or a relevant field
