foundations, land development, trenching, roads, drainage, and RCC structures Proven experience in

leading site teams and managing contractors Understanding of

BOQ, project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control

Key Responsibilities • Lead execution of civil works for solar power plants including

site development, grading, foundations, cable trenches, roads, drainage, fencing, and buildings • Manage

civil engineering teams, contractors, and site supervisors

for efficient project execution • Monitor

project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and schedule adherence • Coordinate with

electrical, mechanical, and project teams

for seamless project integration • Ensure construction is executed as per

designs, BOQ, specifications, and client requirements • Review

contractor performance, measurement sheets, billing documents, and site reports • Manage

project budgets, materials procurement, and resource planning • Resolve

technical and site challenges

while maintaining project timelines

Preferred • Experience in

large solar power projects • Exposure to

multi-MW project execution • Knowledge of

MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and project reporting
