Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented

HR Generalist with 2-3 years of relevant HR experience,

who will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR functions, including

HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, and Team Management

. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, process-driven, and capable of supporting business growth while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Compliance Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, exits, and full & final settlements. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records documentation in HR systems/tools. Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory compliances. Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. Draft, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements. Coordinate audits and ensure compliance readiness at all times.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments. Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and define job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate technical/managerial rounds, and manage offer rollouts. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

3. Team Management & Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries and concerns. Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters professionally. Support managers in performance management, feedback processes, and employee development Drive employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and culture-building programs.

4. Performance & HR Initiatives Support performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes. Assist in designing and implementing incentive plans and reward & recognition programs. Participate in employer branding initiatives and internal communication activities.

Required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance. Proven experience in recruitment and stakeholder management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Hands-on experience in HRMS platforms, specifically Zoho People, MS Excel, and documentation. Leadership mindset with the ability to manage and guide a team.
