Are you passionate about designing competitive, data-driven compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent? If so, we’d love to hear from you! As a Senior Manager – Compensation & Benefits, you will play a strategic role in developing and managing comprehensive total rewards programs that align with our business objectives and organizational values. Partnering closely with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll drive the design, implementation, and optimization of compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits initiatives that support growth and performance across the organization.

What you will be doing: Design, review, and manage compensation packages and bonus programs aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. Ensure all salaries and benefits comply with human rights, pay equity legislation, and updates under the New Labor Code. Design and manage incentive schemes and policies. Monitor market trends and implement innovative practices to enhance employee engagement and motivation. Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking exercises to maintain competitiveness. Support and manage periodic audits, preparing comprehensive reports for management. Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, taxation, and statutory compliance. Ensure full compliance with labor regulations, including the Contract Labor (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA). Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks. Supervise all compliance-related business operations, including policies, investments, and procedures. Manage merit-based salary increase processes within established timelines. Oversee HR dashboards and reporting to provide actionable insights for leadership. Manage payroll processing for programs for NATS and oversee the HRIS system (Keka) to ensure accurate and efficient workforce management.

What you need to bring: Experience as a Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Manager with expertise in HR analytics, compliance, and MIS. Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems. Skilled in designing compensation packages, incentive programs, and job evaluation systems. Strong knowledge of CLRA, labor laws, and statutory compliance. MBA or equivalent in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
