About Position:
Were looking for a consultative presales leader who brings deep Pharma/CRO commercial-domain experience and can translate business outcomes into winning solution proposals. You will partner with Sales, Bid Management, Delivery, and Domain SMEs to drive pursuits—from discovery and solutioning through demos, proposals, pricing, and executive storylines.

What You'll Do:
- Develop differentiated solutions and RFP/RFI responses—manage storyline, architecture, scope, and delivery; work with Bid Management to create competitive strategies, including pricing.
- Articulate domain value throughout Pharma/CRO commercial functions—covering Sales & Marketing, Market Access, Data Management, Field Effectiveness, Channel Management, KOL/scientific events, and Patient Services—to clearly link capabilities to tangible business results.
- Address adjacent processes that shape commercial execution, such as RBQM-driven insight flows from clinical operations or medical-affairs content/engagement on platforms like Veeva.
- Partner with Delivery to validate feasibility, effort, assumptions, and risk; ensure a clear trace from business requirements to solution components, cost models, and transition plans.
- Enable deal orchestration— Contribute reusable assets (demos, playbooks, POVs) to improve win rate and sales velocity across the Pharma/CRO portfolio.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Commercial Excellence & GTM: Sales intelligence, market access, channel/campaign management, and field-force effectiveness; ability to anchor business cases with clear KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, adherence, cost-to-serve).
- Commercial Data Management & Insights: Data warehousing, self-service analytics, BI dashboards, and insight flows from medical affairs/clinical to commercial; understanding of RBQM implications for downstream decisioning.
- Patient & Customer Services: Contact center, field service, patient-program engagement and tele-solutions; design service journeys and operational KPIs (AHT, FCR, adherence uplift).
- Medical Affairs & KOL Engagement: Familiarity with medical communications, scientific events, and Veeva-centred workflows that influence regional commercial planning and content governance.
- Salesforce for commercial portals and partner collaboration in supply/customer processes connected to commercial operations.
- Veeva (Medical Affairs/Content), with the ability to position compliant content and engagement models in support of commercial strategies.
- Analytics & Data: BI suites and data platforms supporting commercial decisioning and RBQM-informed insight flows referenced across Life Sciences capability stacks.
