Role: Executive - Operations (Business Analysis) Location Gurugram Permanent TUV SUD (Third Party Payroll - GI-Off roll)

The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports. Analyzing financial data to help guide business decisions and strategies. Evaluate data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that influence business decisions. Oversee and implement cost effective measures and other inputs in software (SAP). Map cost, Invoicing and others to ensure profitability inline to business requirements. Implementing business plans and revenue strategies to achieve business objectives. Ensure business process to illustrate current and future states. Ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports; The ability to interpret financial data and identify trends or discrepancies. Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and to act spontaneously in month-end closing activities. Recording transactions, maintaining ledgers and managaing A/c payables and receivables. Format information for internal and external communication – MOM’s, emails, presentations, reports Discretion and confidentiality

EDUCATION Any graduate in science/economics with MBA finance Experience: at least 2 years’ experience in relevant years Languages: English (professional)
