Hiring: Vendor Master Data Management Operator

Location: Hyderabad

We are looking for an experienced Vendor Master Data Management Operator to support Global Business Services (GBS) operations. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality master data management and compliance with SLAs, along with supporting Restricted Party Screening (RPS) activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Master Data Maintenance

- Maintain Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, Employee & Contractor Master Data - Ensure highest level of master data quality as per Governance standards - Adhere strictly to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Perform annual blocking of inactive master data - Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Participate in internal audits related to master data - Collaborate with Master Data Governance teams for quality improvement initiatives

Restricted Party Screening (RPS)

- Perform daily RPS activities and resolve positive alerts within SLA - Maintain and update RPS sanction lists - Maintain Commodity Codes for Material Master in RPS tools - Participate in escalation meetings to resolve positive matches

Mandatory Skills (Profiles without these will not be considered)

- Minimum 2+ years of Master Data Operations experience - Hands-on experience in Master Data Maintenance - Working knowledge of SAP & MDG (Master Data Governance) - Strong understanding of SLA-driven environments - Fluency in English (Written & Verbal) - Willing to work from Hyderabad location - Immediate joiner (or maximum 15 days notice period)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Computer Science / Data Science / Information Systems / Accounting / Engineering or related field - Experience in Restricted Party Screening (RPS) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience working with global teams - Proactive mindset with continuous improvement focus

What We’re Looking for in Top 3 Profiles:

- Strong SAP MDG hands-on exposure - Proven experience in Vendor Master Data lifecycle management - Experience handling SLA-based ticketing environments - Exposure to RPS/compliance screening is a plus
