Transition from Basis Admin to Consultant | 100% Remote

Are you a SAP Basis Administrator with 6–10 years of experience who feels ready to step out of the backend and into a Consultant role?

We are looking for ambitious professionals to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) as digital Customer Engagement Managers (dCEM). This isn't just another BASIS admin job—it’s your chance to lead global customer engagements and gain deep exposure to Cloud Migrations.

What we’re looking for: * Experience: 6+ years in SAP Basis. * Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills (you’ll be a face of the CoE for global clients). * Availability: Immediate or Notice up to 60 days.

Technical Skill Set required to perform above tasks: Technical expertise in SAP Basis area with minimum of 6+ years of experience. 2+ Cloud knowledge (e.g. through Solution Management, Consulting and/or Delivery Program management). Good understanding & hands-on experience required in S/4 HANA Application & HANA database. Experience in SAP Upgrade & Implementation is mandatory. Experience in SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S etc.) integration with SAP Landscape is plus. Hands-on experience in any of hyper scaler (AWS/ Azure/ GCP) is needed.
