Key Skills & Experiences Education Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Experience 6+ year of progressive work-related experience in accounting and finance. CA/CMA/CS Preferred experience. CA Inter preferred experience. 2+ year of demonstrated experience of people management. Team handling experience is mandatory. Technical Skills and Knowledge Sound communication skills: verbal and written. Expert Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles / IFRS / Local GAAP Good Understanding of General ledger accounting, GL Accounting, R2R process. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of PeopleSoft/Essbase or other enterprise financial systems and Microsoft Office. Sound understanding of the key policies impacting the process. Sound clarity on Controls applicable to process Ability to guide team by providing effective solutions through expert knowledge. Flexible shift timings.
