Communications Designer

Summary: We are looking for a talented and creative Visual Communication Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, visual communication, and a keen eye for aesthetics. As a Visual Communication Designer, you will play a key role in translating complex ideas and concepts into compelling visual designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually engaging and effective communication materials across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Design and Create Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, email newsletters, presentations, infographics, and other marketing materials. Storytelling Through Design Use design to tell compelling stories and evoke desired emotions, making information accessible and engaging for the target audience. Typography and Layout Demonstrate strong typographic and layout skills, creating designs that are aesthetically pleasing and easy to read. Illustrations Create original illustrations and graphics to enhance visual storytelling, adding a unique and creative dimension to communication materials. Research and Trends Stay updated on design trends, visual communication techniques, and industry best practices, integrating new ideas into design concepts. Collaboration Work closely with customers, marketing team, and other stakeholders to integrate visual communication elements harmoniously with written content.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field Proven experience as a Visual Communication designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design Strong communication skills and ability to present and explain design concepts effectively Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is a plus.
