We’re The Con Artists — a wedding media house based in Hyderabad & Pune, crafting editorial-style photos and films for modern luxury weddings. We’re now rebuilding our

post-production department from the ground up. This role is not just about editing. It’s about building a system that protects creativity. If you care about story, tone, speed, precision — and not just presets — you’ll fit in.

What You’ll Own

For the first few months, you’ll edit hands-on while building the foundation. • Lead wedding photo post-production (culling, colour, consistency, skin cleanup, export, delivery) • Define and refine the TCA visual language • Build presets, QC checklists, export structures, and repeatable workflows • Use AI/automation smartly to reduce repetitive work and improve speed • Manage freelancer editors and review outputs • Drive delivery timelines toward a 15-day end-to-end system • Train interns/juniors as the team grows You report directly to the Founder. You will have authority on colour decisions.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

• Have 2–4 years of hands-on wedding/event editing experience • Are strong in Lightroom Classic (Photoshop is a plus) • Understand narrative consistency — not just “good individual images” • Work fast without compromising aesthetic • Take ownership instead of blaming process gaps • Communicate clearly with creative and production teams

• Editors looking for 9–5 clock-in work • Only-retouch specialists • People who prefer instruction over ownership • Anyone uncomfortable with speed and responsibility

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad Mode: On-site only Compensation: Up to ₹4- ₹6 LPA (based on capability) Process: Shortlisted candidates will receive a Lightroom CAT file trial
