Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect at STEP Design Firm, located in Chittaranjan Park, in South Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for designing innovative architectural conceptual layouts, developing detailed architectural plans, and ensuring seamless project execution. Daily tasks include layout planning, MEP coordination, client meetings, and calls, contractor meetings and team coordination. Qualifications Expertise in Architectural Design Proficiency in design software such as CAD, Sketchup. Experience in handling residence design, preferable exposure in hospitality. Experience in making facades will be preferred Proficient in Project Management, with strong organizational and leadership skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or a related field Good communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with local building regulations and codes is highly desirable
