Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at our Gurugram location. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance the company's online presence. This includes tasks such as creating and executing social media campaigns, leading online lead generation efforts, analyzing web performance and traffic, and driving the company’s overall digital growth strategies in alignment with organizational goals.

Role Overview The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue and business goals. This role requires a strong leader with hands-on expertise in: Social Media Marketing Content Marketing SEO Performance Marketing B2B Lead Generation Marketing & Sales Alignment You will work closely with leadership, sales teams, and delivery teams to drive measurable pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Strategic Marketing Leadership

Develop and implement a full-funnel digital marketing strategy Define quarterly and annual KPIs aligned with business growth Own marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization Strengthen brand positioning across target markets 2️⃣ Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor the digital marketing team Set performance goals and ensure accountability Collaborate closely with sales for lead qualification and pipeline tracking Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders/agencies 3️⃣ Demand Generation & Lead Management

Drive B2B lead generation campaigns (India & international markets preferred) Improve MQL to SQL conversion rates Implement and optimize marketing-to-sales handoff processes Track CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and campaign ROI 4️⃣ Performance Marketing

Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization Continuously optimize funnel performance 5️⃣ SEO & Organic Growth

Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives Drive keyword strategy and organic traffic growth Improve search rankings and domain authority 6️⃣ Content & Thought Leadership

Develop content strategy aligned to ICP and buyer journey Oversee blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, and email marketing Support executive branding and LinkedIn growth initiatives 7️⃣ Analytics & Reporting

Build performance dashboards and attribution models Present monthly performance reports to leadership Make data-driven strategic recommendations ✅ Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field MBA preferred 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably IT services / B2B tech) Proven experience leading marketing teams Strong track record of revenue-driven marketing impact
