Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves providing excellent patient support and coordination services. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, liaise between patients and healthcare professionals, and ensure smooth care delivery. Key responsibilities also include addressing patients' inquiries with professionalism, supporting them with medical information, and maintaining accurate patient records to enhance the quality of care.

Qualifications Ability to efficiently manage Appointment Scheduling and display strong Phone Etiquette Proficiency in Care Coordination and effective communication with patients and healthcare providers Knowledge of Medical Terminology and a commitment to delivering quality Patient Care Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in healthcare, medical administration, or a related field is preferred
