Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Management Trainee and Assistant Manager - Invoice to Cash Credit
Shift: Day
Location: Gurugram
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for producing, interpreting, analyzing, and consolidating credit reporting and KPI’s
• Compile, analyze and interpret credit KPI’s to optimize working capital
• Investigate and develop alternative solutions to support customer risks and payment behavior trends
• Manage Client and Process independently and with minimum supervision.
• Receive credit assessment requests from Customer and analyze to increase or decrease the credit limit accordingly as per the judgement from supporting documents and credit score report on D&B, Transunion, Experion etc.
• Timely completion of the credit requests
• Communicate changes in credit (operational) to the requestor and all stakeholders.
• Look into the order release requests, if any and make accurate judgment on release or hold of the incoming order
• Communicate the order status within TAT to the requestor and to the Customer if on hold to arrange payments or provide payment status to release the order
• To develop reports to address opportunities and key governance requirements.
• Responsible for the identification of key risk areas in credit management through credit analysis and reporting
• Manage and monitor the assigned work of the team members ensuring completion within the TAT
• Support credit projects and provide analytic support in identifying systems / process enhancements and standardization opportunities
• Support Credit managers in risk analytics and required operational information
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• BCom or relevant Finance/IT qualification
Preferred Qualifications
· Relevant experience in analytics (preferably with a good understanding of AR processes)
• Sound knowledge of AR related ERP like Oracle and SAP
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
· Advanced excel knowledge
· Analytical skills and problem solving
· Strong oral and written communication skills are essential
· Being able to work well in a team
· Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management and across all levels of associates
