Role Overview

Nap Chief is looking for a hands-on talent acquistion who knows how to close positions fast ⚡ This is a pure recruitment role, not an HR generalist position. We need someone with an operator mindset who can own hiring end to end and confidently sell the company and roles to candidates

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for e-commerce roles across functions - Close positions quickly while maintaining quality of hire ⏱️ - Effectively pitch Nap Chief and open roles to prospective candidates ️ - Source candidates via job portals, referrals, consultancies, and direct outreach - Build and maintain strong pipelines with backup candidates for every position - Coordinate interviews and follow up closely to prevent candidate drop-offs - Work with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines - Ensure offer closure and smooth candidate joining ✅

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- Strong recruitment operator mindset, not an HR generalist profile - Proven track record of closing roles within tight timelines - Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills - Experience working with a recruitment consultancy or agency - Prior hiring experience for e-commerce, D2C, or digital-first companies - Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously - Strong negotiation and offer-closure capability

Good to Have

- Startup or fast-growth company experience - Exposure to hiring tech, marketing, operations, and business roles - Ready talent pipeline and strong sourcing network
