Job Descriptions - -Location: Bangalore Hebbal- (Work from Office) -Experience: 1–3 Years (Below 1 Year also fine, But they should have Excellent Communication ,They should have International Voice Process Experience ) -Notice Period: Immediate joiners / Serving notice period - Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Contractor with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our international customers, demonstrating a high degree of ownership and a drive for product-led experience.

Key Responsibilities ✅ Work in a 24×7 international customer support environment with rotational shifts (5 days/week) ✅ Handle customer queries and complaints via chat, phone, and offline communication channels ✅ Demonstrate excellent English communication skills with empathy and clarity ✅ Build a strong understanding of products and services to provide effective solutions ✅ Investigate issues, identify root causes, and resolve them by following standard operating procedures ✅ Take complete ownership of customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction ✅ Contribute to delivering a product‑led, customer‑first experience

Desired Skills & Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain composed in challenging situations. - Ability to work with minimal supervision. - The ability to join immediately - Willingness to work from our office in Bangalore location. - Must have experience in driving product-led experiences.
