Position: SRAM Characterization Engineer

Location: Bangalore, India

Work Mode: Work From Office – 5 Days

Interview Process: 1 Virtual Round + 1 Face-to-Face Round

Role and Responsibilities

- Create critical path netlists and perform characterization of SRAM designs. - Generate and validate Liberty (.lib), AVM, and DAT views for SRAM/ROM. - Conduct quality checks on characterization outputs and ensure accuracy. - Perform timing, power, and leakage characterization of SRAM designs. - Support characterization database and perform data analysis. - Collaborate with design, verification, and ASIC teams to ensure smooth integration of characterized IPs.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SRAM architecture and functionality. - Hands-on experience with Liberty / AVM / DAT view generation. - Knowledge of timing, power, and leakage analysis. - Experience with Finesim / PrimeSim simulations. - Proficient in scripting: Perl, Python, or Shell.

Good to Have

- Experience with characterization database management. - Knowledge of additional memory IPs or analog memory characterization. - Prior experience in data analysis for characterization.

Qualifications

- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Electronics, VLSI, Electrical, or related disciplines.
