Rental Sales Agent

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AWP Rentals Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in JLG machine sales and marketing, rental sales of AWP (aerial work platforms). The AWP Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales and rental orders, managing government tenders and bids, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

JLG Machine Rentals, Sales and Marketing: Promote and rent JLG machines to potential customers. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Manage government tenders and submit proposals.

Negotiation & Payment Collection: Must have negotiation skills for high-value transactions. Must have basic commercial understanding of ABG, PBG, LC and other related Commercial Terms. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment collection.

Face-to-Face Meetings: Meet with existing and new clients to build strong relationships. Utilize WebEx and Teams for technical and commercial discussions.

Follow-up for Sales & Rental Orders: Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. Follow up on sales and rental orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the JLG team to obtain pricing, technical specifications, and commercial terms. Ensure timely dispatch, installation, and commissioning of machines. Maintain regular contact with JLG regarding the status of machines ordered by customers.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). 3-5 years of experience in JLG machine rental sales. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Familiarity with government tender processes. Organizational and problem-solving skills.
