We are looking for a Relationship Manager to own and grow strategic client relationships across Scry AI’s enterprise customer base. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor between clients and internal teams.
Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager at Scry AI, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts. You will work closely with sales, product, delivery, and support teams to ensure customers realize measurable value from Scry AI’s platforms while maintaining long-term, trusted partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong interpersonal skills with a structured, outcome-driven approach to managing enterprise relationships in complex technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned enterprise accounts
Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Act as a strategic advisor, understanding client business goals and aligning solutions accordingly
Account Growth and Retention
Drive customer retention, renewals, and contract expansions
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Scry AI’s platforms and solutions
Collaborate with sales and leadership on account planning and growth strategies
Customer Success and Value Delivery
Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing usage of Scry AI solutions
Track customer health, usage, and outcomes to ensure value realization
Proactively address risks, escalations, and issues to maintain high satisfaction
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with product, delivery, engineering, and support teams to resolve client needs
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and roadmap discussions
Support pilots, PoCs, and enterprise rollouts alongside internal teams
Reporting and Communication
Maintain accurate account documentation, updates, and engagement records
Prepare regular account reviews, performance summaries, and executive updates
Communicate clearly and consistently with internal stakeholders on account status
Required Qualifications and Skills
3+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or customer success roles
Experience working with enterprise or mid-market B2B clients
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to understand complex technology solutions and business use cases
Comfort working across sales, product, delivery, and leadership teams
