Oracle ERP Process & Transformation

Functional Process Experience (3–5 years)

Strong working knowledge of: P2P:

Requisitions, Purchasing, Receiving, Invoicing, Payments OTC:

Order Management, Fulfillment, Billing, Accounts Receivable & Collections Understanding of financial controls and business process impacts

Oracle ERP Experience (3–5 years)

Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Participation in: At least one full-cycle implementation OR Multiple enhancement/rollout projects Exposure to: Functional configurations Requirement documentation (BRD/FRD) UAT support and defect tracking

Global Collaboration Exposure (1–2 years)

Experience working with US or global stakeholders Comfortable with distributed teams and time-zone coordination

Key Responsibilities

Support as-is and to-be process workshops Assist in functional design and configuration activities Prepare process documentation, test cases, and training inputs Support UAT execution and go-live readiness Coordinate with project managers and change teams

Core Skills

Oracle ERP functional knowledge (P2P / OTC) Strong analytical and documentation skills Clear business communication Adaptability in global delivery environments

Growth Path

Progression to Module Lead / Functional Lead within 2–3 years Increased ownership of configuration and solution inputs

Preferred: Oracle ERP Functional Certification (Fusion or EBS)
