Business Manager/ Head – FMCG/Beverages – 10+ Years – Delhi/NCR We are looking for an experienced

Business Manager/Head – General Trade Sales

to lead sales and distribution strategy, drive market expansion, and manage large sales teams in the FMCG domain. The role involves delivering business growth through strong channel management, sales planning, distribution expansion, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities – Lead the Sales and Business Development team to drive coverage, distribution, and display objectives aligned with the business plan. Set brand-wise and pack-wise sales targets and ensure effective geographical execution across regions. Develop and strengthen distribution channels across general trade including grocers, convenience stores, bakeries, eateries, and other retail formats. Monitor secondary sales, stock movement, and forecasting while coordinating with logistics for inventory planning. Conduct periodic sales reviews and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets. Drive team capability through training programs and manpower planning across territories. Coordinate with marketing for execution of promotional activities and market development initiatives. Requirements – 12–15 years of experience in FMCG sales with strong exposure to General Trade channels. Minimum 10 years of team handling experience with at least 5 years in a middle-management role. Strong understanding of distribution expansion, territory planning, and sales forecasting. Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders including logistics, finance, and marketing. MBA or Graduate with strong leadership and analytical skills.
