As our product suite expands across learner experiences, admin platforms, and simulation builders, design plays a central role in shaping how our products are experienced and adopted. In this role, you will work closely with the CTO to help shape the design quality and product experience of enParadigm’s platforms. Your work will influence how our products come together as cohesive systems — balancing craft, consistency, and real-world usability for enterprise users.

What You’ll Do

Own the end-to-end design of core product areas - from problem framing and flows to final UI and design handoff. Design high-quality product experiences and interfaces across learning products, simulations, conversation-based AI modules, admin tools, and platforms. Build, evolve, and maintain design systems - components, patterns, visual language, and interaction standards that scale across products. Create wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, and production-ready UI with strong attention to clarity, usability, and visual craft. Work closely with product and engineering to shape solutions within product constraints and technical realities and not just execute screens. Own design validation and quality checks to ensure standards are upheld as features are built and shipped. Document design decisions, flows, and patterns to improve alignment, velocity, and long-term consistency across teams.

This Role Is For You If…

You have 3-5 years of experience demonstrating

end-to-end ownership

through a strong product design portfolio. You naturally take ownership of product experience and can operate well within evolving product direction and constraints. You bring a strong design judgment, while being open to aligning with the product vision and broader design direction of the company. You care deeply about flows, consistency, and execution quality across the product - not just individual screens or aesthetics. You think in systems and patterns and can balance ideal design with what is practical to ship. You enjoy working closely with product and engineering, clarifying intent, iterating together, and closing loops through delivery. You are adaptable and comfortable working in fast-moving product environments where direction evolves with learning.
