Team Leader - Real Estate Sales

What You’ll Do: Lead, train & energize a team of dynamic sales executives Set and achieve monthly sales targets with smart planning Monitor leads, ensure timely follow-ups & close deals effectively Bring fresh ideas for marketing and client engagement Act as the bridge between management and the on-ground sales team

What We’re Looking For: Strong leadership & communication skills Minimum 2–3 years of sales/team-handling experience (real estate preferred) A problem-solver with a result-driven attitude Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
