Medical, Dental, Vision. Description: Location: Hyderabad We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network architectures that support our organization's critical infrastructure and business operations. Key Responsibilities: Network Architecture Design: Analyze business requirements and network traffic patterns to develop innovative network architectures. Design and implement backbone and store-level network solutions using a variety of technologies, including SD-WAN, Meraki, Mist, Juniper, Cisco, Viptela, Zscaler, and more. Ensure network architectures are scalable, reliable, and secure to meet the organization's current and future needs. Network Implementation and Optimization: Oversee the deployment and configuration of network equipment and software across the organization. Optimize network performance, availability, and security through ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT systems and infrastructure. Network Governance and Compliance: Develop and maintain network policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Implement and enforce network security measures to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access. Provide technical guidance and support to network administrators and other IT personnel. Project Management and Collaboration: Manage network-related projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including IT leadership, business units, and external vendors. Participate in cross-functional teams to align network strategies with overall business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in network architecture and design, with a focus on backbone and store-level technologies. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with SD-WAN, Meraki, Mist, Juniper, Cisco, Viptela, Zscaler, and other network technologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address complex network challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to lead and manage network-related projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery. Familiarity with network security best practices and compliance requirements. Certifications in relevant network technologies (e.g., CCNA, JNCIA, Meraki, Viptela) are preferred.
