Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in

Lucknow.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

QC Executive

with preferably 2 years of experience in quality control. The role involves monitoring, inspecting, and testing processes and products to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.

Responsibilities; 1. Strong Hold on HACCP and GMP a. Experience in monitoring Critical Control Points (CCPs) and deviation handling b. Understanding of processing aids & controls as per FSSAI (e.g., use within GMP limits)

2. Routine quality testing & compliance monitoring a. Hands-on in physico-chemical & microbiological testing (TPC, yeast & mold, pathogens) b. Ensuring batch release based on COA and specification compliance

3. Documentation, audits & regulatory alignment a. Basic understanding of FSSAI regulations & food category systems for product compliance

Qualifications 1.

Bachelor’s degree in food technology / biotechnology / chemistry / food processing and technology. 2.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in QC (manufacturing/FMCG/pharma/food industry – as applicable). 3.

Preferably candidate who has cleared FSSAI food analyst exam 4.

Knowledge of quality standards, GMP, and regulatory compliance. 5.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. 6.

Good communication and documentation skills. What we offer: 1.
