Research Analyst (Primary Research)

Job Description: We are looking for a Research Analyst to conduct high-quality primary research projects through interviews, surveys, and direct stakeholder interactions and project operations. The role focuses on gathering actionable insights to support business and consulting projects.

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Salary: Upto 6 LPA Shift: Night shift

Key Responsibilities: Manage primary market research projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and timely delivery Conduct primary research through telephonic interviews, online surveys, and questionnaires Design discussion guides and survey questionnaires Collect, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data Prepare research summaries, insights, and presentations Coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Economics, Commerce, or related field Strong communication and interviewing skills Experience in B2B / B2C primary research Hands-on experience in managing primary market research projects (end-to-end project management exposure preferred) Good analytical and report-writing skills Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google tools Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills: Experience with CATI / CAWI methodologies Excellent English Communication (Must have) Exposure to global market research projects Shift: Night Shift
