Business Development Executive (Solar Sales) Fresher

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives + Travel Allowance

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced, Fresher Solar Sales Professional to expand our residential rooftop solar business in Vadodara. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining solar solutions, and closing rooftop solar projects.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in solar rooftop sales, EPC sales, or renewable energy sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities • Working on leads for rooftop solar installations • Conduct field visits and meet residential / commercial customers • Explain solar system benefits, costing, and savings • Perform basic site assessment and collect electricity bill details • Prepare proposals and follow up with customers • Close sales and achieve monthly targets • Coordinate with installation and technical team • Maintain customer relationship and references
