Job Summary We are looking for a motivated

IT Recruiter

to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified

IT professionals for US IT Staffing requirements . The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Key Responsibilities Source and identify potential

IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms . Screen resumes and conduct

initial candidate interviews . Understand

technical job requirements

from clients. Coordinate and schedule interviews between

candidates and clients . Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the

recruitment process . Negotiate salary/rates and follow up with candidates until

successful placement . Maintain recruitment data, reports, and candidate pipelines. Required Skills 1–4 years of experience in

IT Recruitment (US or Domestic) . Strong

sourcing and screening skills . Knowledge of

job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques . Good

communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to work in a

fast-paced recruitment environment . Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in

IT / Computer Science / BCA / MCA / Any Graduate .
