About the Role

S Cube is hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own digital lead generation for new-launch residential projects in Mumbai, with a sharp focus on Google Ads and revenue outcomes.

This role will be responsible for building, training, and scaling performance marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive real business.

Key Responsibilities

- Run and scale Google Search & Display campaigns for new real-estate launches - Create and optimise landing pages & project microsites - Continuously train Google Ads models for better lead quality and scale - Track leads through CRM and align with sales teams - Own performance metrics: CPL, site visits, bookings & revenue - Must-Have Experience - Preferred experience in real estate lead generation - Preferred prior work with channel partners / developers - Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads - Experience generating leads for new launches in Mumbai or Tier-1 cities
