Position: Relationship Manager
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
️ Working Days: Monday- Friday
⏰ Work Timings: 10am- 7pm
Experience Required: 3+ years

Salary: upto 20 LPA
You take end-to-end ownership of revenue and growth initiatives, driving strategy, planning, and
execution in close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. You lead from the front by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing
deals, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and trust. You continuously evaluate market trends, refine go-to-market approaches, and optimize sales processes to ensure sustainable
growth and long-term partnership
Key Responsibilities-
Execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets. Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across mid-to-large organizations.
Manage complex sales discussions with key decision-makers across finance, operations, and leadership teams. Effectively present our fintech and expense management solutions to address customer needs.
Take complete ownership of the sales process from prospecting and lead qualification to solution demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closure. Ensure a smooth transition post-sale and maintain ongoing client engagement.
Build strong relationships with existing clients to support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Focus on long-term value creation and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on lead generation, feedback, and solution positioning. Support campaigns and initiatives that improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements-
3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in wealth management.
Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, and negotiations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with expense management or financial products is an advantage.
High level of ownership, self-discipline, and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
