Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Vadodara. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analysing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and assisting with budget preparation. Other responsibilities include processing transactions, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and supporting audits. The role involves collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications and Requirements Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting and budgeting Experience with account reconciliation and transaction processing Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements Strong skills in financial software applications and Microsoft Excel Intermediate to Advances Tally experience is a must Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Ability to analyse financial data and translate findings into actionable insights Strong communication and team collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Relevant certifications such as CPA or CA will be an advantage BBA, B.Com, MBA graduates accepted
