We are hiring a Professional Services engineer to join our client's professional Services team and work with APAC/EMEA based customers.

Reporting to : Professional Services Team Lead, India

Direct Employment Responsibilities : Design, Customize and implement the PS offered solution, hands-on, within the agreed upon timelines. Work with global enterprise customers. Develop know-how and best practices related to such engagement and serve as a center of knowledge for our client and its partners. Interact with their global Professional Services Center.

Position Requirements: Requirements : 5 years previous experience in similar positions in a software company. Networking or security background. Experience in Linux/UNIX environments. Experience in programming in Perl or Python. Experience with REST and SOAP APIs. Experience in customer facing roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent interpersonal skills. Independent, resourceful, problem-solver, result oriented, fast learner. Team player, pleasant and with a high level of integrity. Operating well under-pressure, multi-tasking. Willingness to travel 10% of the time, working on-site with client's customers.

Advantages : Experience in firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Panorama, Fortinet, etc). Experience writing Shell script.
